1. Identity and contact

Telephone: 0484 12 73 03 / 0485 98 96 68
Email: order@malisthai.be
Ordering website: shop.malisthai.be

2. Product information, prices and availability

The website shows the dishes offered, available options, allergen information where available, prices and pick-up times. All prices displayed on the ordering website are in euros and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Dishes and ingredients are offered while stocks last. Mali’s Thai may refuse a product when it is unavailable or a requested option cannot be provided. No substitution is made automatically without contacting the customer.

3. How an order is formed

  1. The customer selects products and any options and checks the basket.
  2. The customer enters a name, telephone number, email address and an available pick-up slot.
  3. Before saving the order, the customer checks the selected products, contact details, price and pick-up slot.
  4. After processing, the website displays an order confirmation and number. A confirmation is also sent by email to the stated address.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details. In the case of an obvious error, product unavailability or a necessary change, Mali’s Thai will contact the customer by telephone or email.

4. Payment and collection

Orders placed through this website are paid on collection, unless a different arrangement has clearly been agreed in advance. Collection takes place at Mali’s Thai, Beestenmarkt 2, 1500 Halle, at the confirmed time.

The selected time is a collection slot. In exceptional circumstances, Mali’s Thai may contact the customer to agree another reasonable time.

5. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

Detailed rules are set out in the Order, cancellation and refund terms.

Freshly prepared dishes and drinks or goods that may deteriorate rapidly are not subject to the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal. A cancellation may nevertheless be requested while preparation has not begun. Please call as soon as possible.

6. Allergens and food information

Customers with an allergy, intolerance or uncertainty about an ingredient must contact Mali’s Thai before ordering. An order note must not be the sole way to report a serious allergy. Despite care, cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded.

7. Complaints and applicable law

A complaint about an order should be reported as soon as possible by telephone on 0484 12 73 03 or email to order@malisthai.be, stating the order number and a clear description.

Belgian law applies to the contract, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights. This page does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
