Mali’s Thai is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through shop.malisthai.be.
2. What data do we process?
- name, telephone number and email address;
- ordered products, selected options, price, order number and pick-up slot;
- any free-text order note;
- limited technical data needed for the website’s operation and security;
- technical browser storage for the basket and temporarily entered order details.
3. Why and on what basis do we process the data?

- accounting and tax records: according to the applicable statutory periods, in principle 10 years;
- technical and security data: no longer than necessary for security and proper operation;
- data stored in your browser: until you or your browser remove it.

Within the limits of the law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. Send your request to order@malisthai.be. To protect your data, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

7. Cookies and technical storage
Details are set out in the Cookie policy. The current ordering website uses technical browser storage for the basket and temporarily entered information. Private staff pages may use a necessary session cookie after login.
8. Security and changes
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No transmission or storage method is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when the website or applicable rules change. The published version applies from the stated date.
